HV Repaints inició en 2014 pintando aviones para Flight Simulator 2004, y durante todos estos años de experiencia, las técnicas de repintado se han ido perfeccionando al punto de destacar por la calidad del trabajo y el nivel de detalles de cada avión.
Cada avión es hecho con la mayor dedicación posible, tomando atención a aquellos detalles que otros no ven, porque cada detalle cuenta y la suma de todos ellos es la que hará que tu experiencia de vuelo sea la más realista posible en cuanto a la livery.

In 2014, HV Repaints started painting planes for Flight Simulator 2004, and during all these years of experience, repainting techniques have been perfected to the point of highlighting the quality of the work and the level of detail of each aircraft.
Every plane is made with the greatest possible dedication, taking attention to those details that others do not see, because every detail counts and the sum of all of them is what will make your flight experience as realistic as possible in terms of livery.

Nuestros Términos y Condiciones • Our Terms and Conditions

- Está prohibido subir o publicar cualquiera de nuestros repaints o sus archivos (incluyendo SKZ Design) en cualquier página web, foro o lugar sin autorización explícita y por escrito de HV Repaints.
- La modificación, edición, plagio de cualquiera de nuestros repaints o sus archivos (incluyendo SKZ Design) está prohibida. Esto también incluye utilizar nuestros repaints como base para realizar otro repaint (Cambio de matrículas, uso de formas y líneas, etc). Todos nuestros repaints y sus componentes se encuentran protegidos bajo la ley de Propiedad intelectual (Ley 17.336) de la constitución de Chile.
- No vendemos ni facilitamos nuestros paintkits ni archivos que lo compongan a terceros. Esto incluye trabajos realizados a aerolíneas virtuales, ficticias, reales, etc. Nuestros paintkits incluyen modificaciones exclusivas, las cuales nos permiten brindarte una calidad a otro nivel.
- Se darán por aceptados todos nuestros Términos y condiciones en su totalidad al momento de descargar o comprar y utilizar cualquiera de nuestros repaints. El desconocimiento de cualquier persona que utilice nuestros repaints de estos Términos y Condiciones no implicará la no aplicación de estos.
- Las solicitudes particulares de realización de repaints se deben gestionar a través de cualquiera de nuestros canales oficiales en redes sociales (Facebook, WhatsApp), a través de la sección “Pide tu repaint” de este sitio web o a través de correo electrónico. Estas solicitudes tendrán costos asociados (Tarifa base del servicio) y será requisito el pago en su totalidad de estos para la realización del repaint.
- No realizamos devoluciones de dinero. Si compraste un repaint y ya no lo quieres o te equivocaste de avión, modelo o matrícula deberás aceptar el producto y pagar por sus correspondientes modificaciones.
- Si realizaste la compra de un repaint y encuentras algún error o problema que no este relacionado con los detalles de la solicitud, podrás hacer uso de tu garantía. Es importante que revises todos los errores ya que la garantía te cubrirá solo una modificación durante un plazo de 30 días desde la entrega del repaint.
- En caso de que nos compres un repaint serás considerado “Cliente” y se te asignará un identificador único como cliente. Recuerda que a los pedidos particulares aplican las mismas condiciones de repaints gratuitos estipuladas en las cláusulas N°1, 2, 3 y 4 de este documento. Ningún repaint podrá ser revendido por el cliente.
- Todos nuestros clientes tendrán acceso a una carpeta virtual disponible en el servicio de alojamiento en la nube utilizado por HV Repaints donde estarán contenidos todos sus repaints. En caso de que el cliente pierda la calidad o título de “Cliente”, perderá el acceso a la carpeta virtual y los repaints que haya comprado sin derecho a reclamo.
- Un cliente perderá su calidad de cliente cuando se detecte incumpliendo de cualquiera de las cláusulas expuestas en este documento o en su defecto, cuando hayan transcurrido un periodo de 365 días sin pedidos. En el caso de sea por el último motivo señalado, el usuario podrá recuperar su calidad de “Cliente” realizando un nuevo pedido a través de cualquiera de los canales establecidos para ello.

- It is prohibited to upload or publish any of our repaints or their files (including SKZ Design) on any website, forum or place without explicit written permission from HV Repaints.
- Modification, editing, plagiarism of any of our repaints or their files (including SKZ Design) is prohibited. This also includes using our repaints as a basis for another repaint (change of license plates, use of shapes and lines, etc.). All our repaints and their components are protected under the Intellectual Property Law (Law 17.336) of the Constitution of Chile.
- We do not sell or provide our paintkits or component files to third parties. This includes work done to virtual, fictitious and real airlines, etc. Our paintkits include exclusive modifications, which allow us to give you quality at another level.
- All of our Terms and Conditions will be accepted in their entirety at the time you download or purchase and use any of our repaints. The ignorance of any person who uses our repaints of these Terms and Conditions will not imply the non-application of these.
- Particular requests for repaints must be managed through any of our official channels on social networks (Facebook, WhatsApp), through the «Pide tu Repaint» section of this website or through email. These requests will have associated costs (base fee of the service) and the payment in full of these will be required for the realization of the repaint.
- We do not make refunds. If you bought a repaint and no longer want it or you made the wrong plane, model or registration you must accept the product and pay for its corresponding modifications.
- If you made the purchase of a repaint and find an error or problem that is not related to the details of the request, you can make use of your warranty. It is important that you review all errors since the warranty will cover only one modification for a period of 30 days from the delivery of the repaint.
- In case you buy a repaint from us you will be considered «Customer» and you will be assigned a unique identifier as a Customer. Remember that the same conditions of free repaints stipulated in clauses N°1, 2, 3 and 4 of this document apply to private orders. No repaint may be resold by the customer.
- All our customers will have access to a virtual folder available in the cloud hosting service used by HV Repaints where all their repaints will be contained. In case the customer loses the quality or title of «Customer», he will lose access to the virtual folder and repaints he has purchased without the right to claim.
- A customer will lose his customer status when he is detected in breach of any of the clauses set forth in this document or, failing that, when a period of 365 days have elapsed without orders. In the case of the last reason indicated, the user may recover his quality of «Customer» by placing a new order through any of the channels established for it.
